hey im a 23 year old male and have only discovered a lump the size of a pea underneath my testicles and before my anus.
its only just come up in the last 24hours i dont want to panic yet!

My guess would be that its the tubes connecting your testies to your prostate. Go to google, and search for a picture of testies, and you should see what I'm talking about.

i have the same thing its hurts when i touch it and kinda squeeze it i got it bearly today so im not sure what it is

see a doctor, it could/might be Testicular cancer. In the google search box, I typed in, "Lump under testiclals??"and pressed enter, then a box on the search page was there and it said "Searches related to *lump under testicals??*" and it has some diagnosis' there for you to read.
