I'm going to be 20 this month and I hear if you get hit in the groin it can cause problems and I've done alot of sports so thats happened numerous times. My concern is, lately I've notice my left testical seems to falling out place...i mean a couple of minutes ago it could feel my left testicle being pushed from my mattress (I was sitting up) in my upper pelvis area (sorry to be grotesk, but where the main pubic hair region is.) It feels like i may have somewhat ripped the barrier from my left testical out of its sack.

There is no lumps or such, but I've never felt that before...is that normal or should i see a doctor about it?

i'm slightly confused about what you are saying - do you mean that your testicle disappeared from your "sack" further up into your pelvis or that it moved within your scrotum closer to your body???

the testicle sits in the scrotum - it is not attached to the scrotum, which is why little baby boys may not have their testicles sat in their scrotal sacks yet. they travel down from inside your abdominal region, down a canal and into the scrotum, usually within the first few weeks of birth and after that they dont tend to disappear back up again, although they can.

if you felt it move upwards it may have been that you were concerned after hearing about being hit in the groin damaging your testes.

as long as it doesn't disappear up and you are unable to get it to come back down again you should be ok! testicles should not stay inside the body as it is too hot for them.

if you cannot feel any lumps or bumps on either testicle or in your groins both on standing or lying you should be ok, and you were probably just over aware at the time.

however, if you notice any bumps or it happens again, or your testicle isn't sat where it should be i would suggest a trip to your doctor!

hope thats helped!
