Hi. That is normal semen. You have seminal vesicles in your semen that produce some sort of a substance that causes your sperm to clot. For whoever reads this, I am a 39 year old male. Married with three super healthy and great looking kids.
I have noticed a few posts that seem to make a connection with my case, that being that I just noticed about 5 or 6 of these yellow jelly looking particles in my seamen. I was taking a shower and after that felt like having a go on my own so thats when I noticed this phenomena for the first time. The ejaculation was not that painful like some have been stating in their posts but tinglyish.
I live in a desert country and don't drink all that much water as I should so the dehydration attribute is one I have read in one of the posts here...

Yes this is the answer my brother. That subsatnce which is in your semens it indicates that your prostate is not in good health it might be BPH or prostatitis . Because i was found that i have prostatitis me too i have the same proble so better go for the prostate examination

I have the same issue. I have a bladder infection that spread to my right testicle and I haven't masturbated for about 5-6 days. Maybe it could be from that if you have a swollen testicle. I'd personally go see a urologist just in case.
