I had this problem and figured it out. If your issue is the same as mine was it's actually quite a simple thing. It feels like something much more than it is. Prolonged tension (from stress, think fight or flight) in the legs, buttocks and interior/exterior abdominal oblique muscles causes major irritation in the pelvic area. This can cause issues with your semen but most notable pain during ejaculation, urination and pelvic pain after aggressive exercise. Their are trigger points in these surrounding muscles that need to be massaged and worked out fairly aggressively. Read about where trigger points are in these areas, get a massage stick (like the one called The Stick on Amazon) and massage these out every day for 30 mins. You will feel actual pain in these areas when you massage them and you'll be amazed you never noticed it. Within a few weeks your symptoms will improve. And you have to focus to stop tensing this part of your body. I hope this helps because urologists often do not suggest this type of treatment. Best of luck.

I had my left testicle swallowed like that and turning black and hard like a stone. I had to eat jars of coconut oil to kill infection. I saved my balls. Thanx to internet that helped to find information about cures...

I had this for years now. Recently finally decided go to urologist. He performed cystoscopy and found nothing. I was for 4 months on antibiotics and now I'm on flomax for slightly enlarged prostate (he thought this might help) and now 3 months on flomax, I still have it. I gave up on looking for reasons. There simply isn't cute for it and doctors seem not to know the reason.
For me personally it's gross. It's literally like jello which never liquifies.

Not sure if this helps anyone but i had the same issue for along time and it was due to propecia. Was taking it for hairloss. 35 now. Started taking it when i was 22ish. Was prob on it till i was 34ish. Few weeks after stopping taking the propecia it went away and never come back so i ASSUME that was the issue. FYI propecia and avodart are the same (finisteride), so if your on either of those and having these issues it might be the cause.

Guys ,
I have been noticing this for a while now and the reason why the yellowy gel looking cum is produced is because the penis has not masturbated for long enough, i have realised this when you wann cum quick but have not either had sex long enough ot masturbated long enough, but once you penis is stroking for long enough the cum is mixed properly and comes out normal white creamy as it should , its like mixing a protein shake and not doing it for long enough it will have the same lumpy bits of powder , i am 100% sure and its nothong to do with health , in other words it premature ejaculation, the one thing i notice when this occurs to me is severe back pain , cause the semen is not supposed to ejaculate that quick you are supposed to ejaculate after a period of time so you can shoot the cum the way its supposed to cum out , fast , creamy and with preasure!!!

I read a lot in the forums. I like to share my experience and my guess on what could have happened.

Description of symptoms: ejaculation of yellow globs of jelly mixed among white semen. Sometimes the jelly can be quite solid.

All the guesses i have made:
(1) dehydration
(2) aging
(3) infection or sex disease
(4) lack of exercise for a long period
(5) change of diet for a long period which led to a deficiency of certain vitamin.

All of above could be possible but i believe (5) is the most likely case.

Today, i read some where in another forum that a guy who had the same problem, said his doctor diagnosed him deficient of vitamin D. After he solved the deficiency issue, the yellow globs jellies also went away.

I looked back at when this happened to me, which was about 6 months ago. Then i looked back at my lifestyle and diet.

My diet:
I turned a strict vegan in early 2013, but i only got this issue in early 2017. 4 years after.

My lifestyle:
I have been running 5km midweek and 10km weekend from 2012 to late 2014, seldom run in 2015 and finally almost stopped all exercising activities in the whole of 2016 and beginning of 2017. However, sometimes i try to spend time to restart my exercise regime but only to die off after 1-2 weeks of running. Sometimes after exercising, the yellow globs go off, sometimes, they don't or just becoming less jelly-like, but still see yellow. For a vegan, it may be tough to get vitamin D unless you are out in the sun regularly, but i didn't because of my poor indoor lifestyle in 2016 and early 2017 or unless i frequently eat UV radiated mushrooms, which are rich of vitamin D. For non vegans, if you eat eggs and fatty fish like salmon and tuna, you should get adequate amount of vitamin D, which i guess most non-vegans do.

Therefore, i would like to hear from you guys who also got the same yellow jellies - Do you think your diet is lack of vitamin D? Do you think you spend almost all the time indoor, away from the sun?

Hope you guys can share so the more pple share the more we can see what we are common in.

if you can afford to get a reverse osmosis system in your home that is ideal. Research shows that fluoride in tap water builds up over time and isn't easily excreted. Also it is a known poison and can lower IQ. I actually attribute some of my intelligence to the fact that I coincidentally hated tap water as a kid and usually drank juice or milk (which still has trace amounts of fluoride unfortunately because the cows drink it etc) but anyway tap water isn't very good for you especially in excess. this is likely a controversial answer. admittedly bottled purified water isn't great either. you should get your water from a glacier or fresh river or aquafer but this isn't easily done so reverse osmosis is a good option to remove the chlorine and fluoride, which traditional filters cannot remove. anyway... that said, it's important to stay hydrated. and lastly i agree, gatorade is just sugar water. and carbonated beverages are just acidic water and also bad. iced tea is good though i think. milk is questionable especially if it's got bovine growth hormone in it. long answer to summarize, we're screwed. jk - we're all going to die so just leave the planet better than you found it. that's all that matters i think. we're like cells in a bigger body. we wouldn't want our cells becoming cancerous or going rogue and turning into an autoimmune disease. we can learn from these lessons yet most of us are completely oblivious.

This is my 2nd response. My name is Daniel by the way.

Update:
I have switched my running hours to late afternoon 4pm sun and had gone for about 5 to 6 times out in the sun for the past 6 days and had 2 great servings of UV radiated mushrooms. The jellies were used to be 5mm in diameter and now is reduced to 2 to 3mm and they are less noticeable.

My early conclusion: I believe it is really due to vitamin D deficiency.

Below paragraphs are quoted from my 1st response (6 days ago) ---

This is my 3rd response.

Update after 10days:

After regular servings of UV-radiated Mushrooms (rich in Vitamin D2) and regular 5km runs (at least every alternate days) under the 430pm sun, the sperm now is super white and, and no more visible yellow jellies globs.
