Does masturbating this way automatically give you ED??? I did this throughout my teenage years multiple times a day and can't get it up now. I switched to the normal hand method last year and still wasn't fully hard when I got off.

It is an actual medical proven fact that porn of any kind is the biggest cause of erectile dysfunction and the inability to reach ejaculation/orgasm during sexual intercourse, fantasy is not a cause of ed simply because its not visual stimulation and can be used anytime, why would you be masturbating if you was flaccid anyway and not sexually turned on before you started?
There are many other causes of ed including health issues.

It might keep you from getting fully hard, my advice is to alternate between the legs and hand, this keeps it at a steady rotation and keeps you hard from using the hand

I am in my 40’s. I have been doing the ankin for 35years, but only using the hand for like 6. I have noticed since alternating the errction has been a lot harder. You need to practise using the hand technique Ike once a week or so. I now have the best of both worlds . But always go back to using the legs. Although it has been way more pleasurable using my legs since starting using the hand
