Hi,
I am guessing that most condoms have some sort of lubricant on them that kills sperm. How long can the sperm live inside of it? Also can a lab test sperm for std's?

Hi,
Not all condoms have a spermicide on them. It is the spermicide that will kill the sperm, not a lubricant. Make sure you read the package carefully.
It's hard to say how long the sperm can live in a condom. Usually it is not that long once it is exposed to air. Some sperms have been known to survive, inside a body for up to 5 days I read.
I would think semen can be tested for STD's but I'm not positive. Usually a "swab" is inserted into the penis to capture the sample. Other STD tests are done via blood tests.
Does that help?
