what is the best way of control birth?

There's no "Best," but it's a matter of preference :)  Firstly, are you gonna be in a long term relationship and only having sex with one person, or will you be having sex for the fun of it, one nights stands and the like? :P  I won't judge you on which you pick, but knowing will help you to pick!

Here are a few options for different forms of sexual protection:

Condoms - You know what one is, a thin latex (I think?) device that rolls down over an erect penis.  Condoms are good if you're gonna be having sex with multiple people, or if you're gonna have sex with someone you don't know all that well, such as one night stands.  The reason being, the person you're with might have an STD, and condoms protect you from that!  Pregnancy isn't the only thing that can come from sex, think "What about STD's?" when you make your choice of protection!

Condoms are as avried as people - They can have different sizes, thicknesses, flavors, scents, some even glow in the dark.  No, I'm not kidding, Google it.  While most likely the "Safest" form of protection, some people can be allergic to what Condoms are made of (In which case, you can buy specially made condoms), and I've heard from both men and women that going "Bare back" (No condom) feels like Heaven, where as using a condom takes away from the experience somewhat.  Still, most cases of condoms failing to stop pregnancy are caused by them either not being put on correctly (If you're drunk, for example) or if they have a hole in, so check both the date of the condom you'll be using (On the back of the packet) and check for holes!!!  Just remember - STD's are a potential risk without.

The Pill - The Pill comes in different forms.  There are some you take every day of the month, so you take them every day you're on them, some you start on the first day of your period and take for three weeks, then come off one week of each month to allow your period to come and go.  There are also a million different versions of these two types of pill.  You might be allergic to one brand of Pills, but you'll be fine with another.  Your doctor will set you up with the Pill and will probably be able to suggest which one is best for you.

The Pill means you can have unprotected sex, which feels fantastic, but it doesn't protect you from STD's.  If you're with just one partner, and you both know you're clean, you don't have to worry about STD's so the Pill is simply AWSOME!  You need to take the pill for 7-8 days before you have unprotecteds ex, and beyond that, it tends to avry from one type of pill to the next.  Read the instructions of the Pills provided to you :)  If you plan to come off the pill, you again have to have 7 days of unprotected sex while stillt aking the Pill, as sperm can live inside of you for a few days, and if you have sex and stop the pill the next day, an Egg might get to your womb before the Sperm dies.

Beyond these two, I don't know that much, but I can name them and you can jsut look these up via Google to learn more <Nod>

Spermicide - Usually a cream that you apply to your privates - It kills Sperm before it can fertilise the egg.  I don't know what the failure rate of spermicides are, but it might be worth not using them on their own in case they don't kill 100% of sperm.  You should probably use this as an extra precaution while on the Pill, just incase.

Implants - Women can get a small implant, it's a devise that will last for about three years.  From what I understand, this is like an automatic pill, so you'll be protected for the full duration the device is amde to protect you for, but you might blead every day of the month, not jsut one week during your period.  As I said above,  don't know a whole lot about this particular device, so look up "Anti-Pregnancy Implant" or something, might come up with some more info.

The "Morning After" Pill - If your condom breaks, you forget to take your pill or you just think something went wrong, you can get the Morning After pill.  Despite the name, you shouldn't wait till the next morning to actually take this pill - The closer to the time you had sex you take it, the better.  After 72 hours, this pill will have little to no effect, so if you have a problem using some other form of protection, head to your doctors, chemists or another place that sells these and take one ASAP!

There are some Permenant methods of stopping pregnancy.  For example, a male can have a vesectomy where the tube between his testicles and his penis are snipped.  This stops Sperm coming out when he ejaculates, and while he'll still ejaculate semen (The liquid that contains sperm), there will be no sperm inside of his semen.  I don't know the name of the female equivelant, but the tubes connecting their ovaries to their womb are snipped and tied, emaning eggs can't get to their womb and hence they can't get pregnant.  Be aware these are very, very, VERY hard to undo, and are potential impossible to undo once done.  If you get one of these procedures, make sure you don't want any more children of your own, or you'll regret it.

I know for a fact there are more methods, but Google can help you here, as can other people on this site, I'm sure.  I hope I've given you a few ideas, and i hope some other people give a helping hand :)
