I have what I think is an unusual problem. I'm 42, in excellent shape, eat very healthy, don't drink or smoke. Exercise 5-6 days a week with weights and do cardio 5 days a week. About 2 yrs ago I noticed my erections weren't what I was used to. This has progressively worsened, and my libido is about half of what it was 2+ years ago. Also my penis most of the time feels lifeless, it takes a bit of work on my wife part to get me aroused and ready for intercourse. Once inside I find my erection actually lessens a little. I have also noticed when I ejaculate, it is far less than what I did 2+ years ago. I've gone to a specialist a few times, my testosterone levels were okay, 600. My sperm count etc all came back okay by today's standards. Even if I use Viagra, Cialis (which I have even taken 2-20mg tabs at once) I don't find much of a difference. I do wake up at times with an erection as hard as when I was half my age, but not when I need it. Anyone experience anything like this or have any input? Thanks in advance, needless to say this has me avoiding sex with my wife more and more, which really bothers me. She is extremely supportive and understanding. HELP PLEASE

I am also having a problem with getting and keeping an erection. Can’t get it easily through visual stimulation, kissing, etc. Can only get it when there’s direct contact to my penis. I used to not have a problem with this and I’m only 38. Am I going through the stages of erectile dysfunction? In the worst case scenario, what have you guys tried to treat this? Thanks.

Hi,
the best thing for you would be to go and see a doctor about this. Maybe you have problems with low testosterone level. I know that there are some cases where guy used a testosterone shot to treat these kind of problem.
Have you considered an option that this could be psychological? Maybe you have problem to concentrate or something similar.

I agree that it can be psychological. Better see a doctor to talk to first. But anyway, if you’ll be diagnosed of erectile dysfunction, you may be prescribed with erectile products like cialis or viagra. These are available in any pharmacy but of course, these are prescription medicines so you need a prescription from a doctor. The best of luck.

I have the same problem. I also exercise with cardio every other day for the better part of an hour. It seems that cardio makes things worse. My wife and I have had communication problems regarding issues in the bedroom where I do whatever it takes to satisfy her, but she just wants to lay in the missionary position and let me do all the work. Any other type of sexual attention for me is pretty much non existent. I'm not sure if this problem is mental or physical. I've tried to talk to her about it, but she feels I should be happy just to get it, period. When she wants things done to her, she makes no bones about letting me know, and because I love her, I would do anything to satisfy her.......I think I've just reached the point where I can't deal with the one sided bedroom antics anymore, so this could be a psychological problem.........I'm to the point where I don't even want to be intimate with my wife anymore because she refuses to hear anything I try to tell her, but still expects me to satisfy her. Anyone else have issues like these?

Hi guys,

How is your porn use? Regular usage of internet porn can do
all sorts of things to your brain to desensitize you to real sex
and make you impotent.
