One day i noticed a small what looked to be scab on my penis near the head. Slowly (over months) there were more of these red spots on the bottom of the head. They do not itch or hurt in any way and seem to have no noticeable vertical height. I am curious as to what they are and how to get rid of them. Any ideas?
