Provironum appears to be an androgen that helps increase the sperm count. Speman is a herbal supplement that also is supposed to increase your sperm count. Lastly, I think you mean Fertomid, again, it's to help increase your sperm count.
What did your urologist suggest? If you have only had one sperm count get another. The readings could be in error.
What is your sperm count? What is the motility? We may use different terms here but if you have 0 active, then I'm assuming the motility is 0.
Did you doctor do a full workup? A complete physical including drawing blood to check hormone levels?
