lower back pain,lower left side abs pain,sore breasts and a white,pinky discharge,is something wrong

for the last month or so i have lower back pains, my breasts are sore, a pain in my lower left side of my abs and a white pinky discharge, sleepless nights , some times i find myself out of breath just by getting up in the morning, at times i get dizzy and i feel uneasy when i lay on my tummy. is it my hormone's or what is wrong with me? :'(
