Hi I am in need of some help. I am a 21 female. I had sex the 9th of September and have since had two periods. However for the past two weeks I have had severe lower back pain and a rock solid lower abdomen. It feels like gas and is relieved (kinda) by have a bowel movement or expelling excess gas. I have been very nauseas and dizzy. Under my rib cage also has extreme pain. I have no insurence at the moment and do nt want to go to the doctor unless it is serious. Thank you!
