I have a lump on the inside of my nose. It causes no pain and its been there for Over a year. I used to play rough sports when I was younger so I figured I broke it one day and it just healed wrong. But recently it's either been moving down the nostril or just growing larger in general. It practically takes up the entire nostril now. This has happened over the course of the last few days. I don't know what it is but it's starting to worry me and I cant afford my copay at the doctors for a week. Any ideas of what this may be and if it's serious
