I recently had a fairly bad cold about 3 weeks ago. During that time, I had been constantly blowing my nose, and 2 painful pimples appeared in my nose, one near the outside of my nostril, and the other on the upper wall of my left nostril (not on the septum). I assume both appeared due to irritation/bacterial infection.

3 weeks later, despite my cold going away, the pimple that was on the roof of my left nostril is still there. Although it no longer hurts, and I don't really notice if I'm not touching it, a hard lump has remained in my nose and it isn't going away. It's about the size of 1/3 the tip of my pinky finger, and I'm not quite sure what it is and it is something I should be concerned about. Thank you.
