Does anyone have a clue what a lump on the front of the neck could be? It is quite big, appeared suddenly and it itches like hell! To the point that it is preventing me sleeping at night. I will call a doctor I think, but if someone can tell me it's nothing, I would feel a lot better obviously. Thank you in advance.
