I have come here looking for some information. I have developed a lump on the back of my neck, right near the hairline, do you know the spot I am talking about? It is itchy and red, though I wouldn't refer to it as painful necessarily. What could this be? I am obviously hoping it ain't nothing serious, but some direction would be appreciated.
