Hi, I am 15 years old and have a lump on my penis. I am very worried and I haven't had sex. I noticed it after I was done masturbating, it gave a burning feeling after I was done peeing. I've had it for 2 days now and am seriously worried, when I look at it, it's red and a little pink I am seriously scared if this is penile cancer. Also, when I touch it, it doesn't hurt at all. Please help!

I doubt it is cancer. You can have swollen sebaceous glands, they are like an infected pimple. They are very common on the genitals due to how thin the skin is.
It should get smaller or go away in a few days/week.
