Hi, I'm 14 and I just recently found out that I have a biggish lump on the bottom but if my foreskin, it's not sore and I can walk without it hurting, but it hurts when I touch it. It looks like its pierced through my foreskin and has 4 yellowish spots in it. People say it's oil glands but I'm just checking, is it something serious that I need to get check out with the doctors, I want to try and not go to them but I will I I have to.

It very well could be an oil gland or sebaceous cyst. They are very common on the genitals and often look more pronounced (bigger) because the skin is so thin.
Treat it like you would a pimple. Keep it as clean and dry as you can. A warm, moist, wash cloth can help it drain.
It'll go away in time. Don't pick at it, leave it alone.
