I have very small pimples on the under side of the penis. As well I saw it at the base of my penis too. They fade away and then another come in. They don’t itch and when I pop them, just bleed a little. Is this normal or should I be worry and visit urologist?

I am afraid that is impossible to say what these are without an examination. There are some really benign conditions such as “pearly penile papules” that is not so rare in male population. Those are just normal growths that appear around the hair follicles. There are cases with infections of the sebaceous glands that caused pimples like growths. These conditions are simply treated with antibiotics. Often are white and not sore and not irritable at guys that never had sex. If you never had sex that could be normal pimple-like glands if they have lump look at all. If you had sex there is possibility of sexual transmitted disease that should be treated. Anyway, the best for you is to visit doctor. The check-ups are really simple, just visit your local sexual health service or make appointment to see your own doctor. This is the only way you will know for sure.
