Lumpy, painful veins could indicate that there's a blood clot in that area. This has got to be very painful, considering where it is. Blood clots can be very, very serious. In addition, you may not be correct about what's going on. I suspect that the pain will get worse if you don't get it treated. Don't guess about circulatory problems. Untreated, they can cause permanent problems.
