I have a Varicocele on my left left testical and I am wondering if i need to get surgery. i have pain sometimes but the veins are not that inflamed all the time. and other times, veins are huge. what are the chances of me needing to get surgery?

Varioceles often occur during adolescence so they're not uncommon. Not all require surgery. There are some studies that indicate that there is often no need to repair them during adolescence, unless other problems arise.
