male with blood after BM but only after having a streak of sex / orgasms?

So I have had an external hemorrhoid or two...but this seems to be different. First off there is no pain or bump with this. Everything seems to be going fine...and even better due to sex and orgasms two maybe three times a day....for maybe a couple days...then after bm there will be blood when wiping. No blood in the c**p, just blood present when I wipe. No pain...and then everything’s fine in a day or two...but when sex / orgasm get back in the mix...same thing...

Any thoughts or suggestion?
