i wonder if your expert(s) could give ma some tips or techniques to get rid of masterbating
i am 25 and really fed up with masterbating

Well, if you are fed up, then it shouldn’t be that hard!!!

I can think of some things that would not make me think of masturbating but you also need a good will and considering you are fed up with it, it shouldn’t be so hard, right?

I suppose you have already tried? What’s not working?

First thing to do is occupy your self with something else…work, study, …and whatever you do, try to do it at the table, with your hands on the table. If you get the thoughts you can’t control, go out, take a walk, or whatever…..so that you wouldn’t reach for it.

Try to spend as little time as possible alone.

When you shower, do it as fast as possible…you could even use colder water, so that you wouldn’t feel like it. Dry yourself fast and do just the necessary. You may even want to leave the door slightly open.

The worst part would be going to bed….hmm…I don’t know…put on too many cloths?

I mean there is no technique, a little bit of good will and avoiding good opportunities.
