Hello, I am 45 years old and I have been experiencing some sleeping problems. I have decided to end that with medicaments and I tried with diphenhydramine. I must admit that the medicament really helped, but there are some other problems now. I have weird dreams now and I am afraid that it is because of the medicament I use. Is there a relation between meds and weird dreaming?

It is quite possible that this kind of problems is caused by the medicament you are using to deal with your insomnia issues. Then again, you are dreaming, and that is something you could not do at all until recently. So, if you are afraid that there might be some problems because of the medicament you are taking, you should maybe look for some alternative, different medicament/therapy.
