To be or not to be, the famous dilemma. Well, I have one of my one now. My rheumatoid arthritis is demanding a decision. There are two paths; Methotrexate and Imuran. Those are two medications that are recommended as a therapy. It is perfectly irrelevant for me which it is going to be, just to make the pain go away! Which is better?

I was taking them both (not at the same time, of course) so I can make the parallel between two of them. I have been started with Methotrexate, but my doctor decides that I should switch to Imuran (for God knows which reason). But after a short time we have both realized that Methotrexate has better influence on me. Also with Imuran I have started to develop some side effect so I have switched back on the starting drug. For me Methotexate cause more rapid improvement and pain management and it lasts longer (the effects I mean).
