Miscarriage after tubal? My tubes have been tied years ago and now I started passing clots?

I noticed the first clot in the shower. It just came out and stuck to the shower floor. Now I noticed when I went to the bathroom there was bigger clots and the cramps are the worst I've ever had. This has been going on for 24 hours I have used almost 20 tampons in this amount of time.I usually only use one box my whole period
