Misscarriage but still feeling pregnant?

Hi. I would really apreciate any advise. On 5th November this year i miscarried my third child (my second this year). I was 7weeks and 2days. Altough i seen everything misscarry and know it was a deffinate miscarriage im still getting all the symptoms of pregnancy that i had with my daughter. I was wondering if it was possible that i misscarried a twin and may still be pregnant. My partner and i have not had sex since the miscarriage so i know i havent fell pregnant since. I know it sounds silly but all the symptoms are there. My tummy is still growing and my breasts are still swollen. Has anyone else ever had this happen?
