Morning After Pill and It's Effects? Pregnancy Possible or not??

I was currently using the Ortho Evra birth control patch but I misunderstood the directions and did not use backup for the first week. I took ECP aka morning after pill. I want to know the chances of me being pregnant? I am concerned because my urine has this strange odor to it and I am thinking it may be from the pill. I've had no signs of pregnancy but am started to get what I assume is a small cold. What are the most major signs of pregnancy? Does the odor have anything to do with it.
