I just took my morning after pill and I'm on birth control. I only used the morning after pill because , I missed my first cycle day and I doubled up the next day and had sex 5 days later. I'm worried that my period schedule will mess up and if the morning after pill will ruin my chances of bring protected from sex on my birth control.

It's unlikely you will get pregnant but it is more than possible that your periods will change, and they can be "off" for the next few months.
You are still protected.
