So i've been on the birth control pill for nearly two years now. Sometimes i forget it to take it a day but take two the next day, usually on time. This morning at around two AM my boyfriend were having sex and he came inside me (sorry for the crudeness) without a condom on. Should I be worried, or am i being paranoid? I don't want to go buy the morning after pill unless it's completely necessary. Also, today is the last day for taking a regular pill before starting the sugar pill line of my pack/getting my period. I don't know if that is relevant or not.

Hi AK,
You DO NOT need the morning after pill.
Odds are, even without being on birth control, that you would NOT get pregnant now. Why? Because you are on day 21 of your cycle (last regular pill). By that point in your cycle it is unlikely that you would conceive.
Hope it helps.

wel if you forget the pill frequently get the morning after pill. but if you forgot it that once and it wasnt when you had sex you most likely wont need it. but because you said you often forget it i suggest you get a birth control you dont have to take daily. maybe you should try the shot or implanon (not sure how to spell it). I have the shot and love it. I only get it every three months and it works. It does make you hungrey so if you choose that opition try to watch your eating. hope i helped

It was earlier this week or maybe late last week when i forgot to take it one day. The next day I took it with the one I was scheduled to take that day. This is the first time me and my boyfriend had sex, and I haven't been sexually active in months before this. I normally am pretty good about taking my pill every day though.

You don't need it.
You did as directed - too two when your remembered and ARE protected. There are side effects to the morning after pill and you don't need them. Yes, everyone has a different ovulation but that's one of the benefits of a birth control pill, it makes you more regular. You will start your period in the next few days - withdrawal bleeding.
Hope it helps.
