For a year and a half now my boyfriend has been feeling sick after sex. Not only during sex but when it is foreplay and oral sex. He feels nauseous, dizzy and in pain. Sometimes feels he is either too hot or too cold. Even if the sex last from 5 minutes to an hour, it all depends how intense the ejaculation is at the end. I feel it might be postorgasmic illness syndrome, but I'm not an expert on medical health. What should we do?
