A penis that bends up, or down, or right, or left, especially noticeable when hard, is probably a condition called Peyronies Disease. (Google it) It can be painful, and is certainly an annoyance to its owner. There is an operation for it where the skin is opened up and some hard tissue along the portion on the inside of the bend is removed, and then it is sewn up again. There are some chemicals (medicines) that can be applied that may soften the hardened tissue right through the skin. Also, if it is a slight bend you can get some DMSO and apply it to the inner part of the bend of the shaft. This can go right through the skin and soften the hardened material. But these application methods are very slow, but probably worth it to the guy with the problem.
