But, my foreskin does not pull back beyond the top of my bellend and I can not ejaculate straight from wanking. After I wank for around 2-5 mins and don't cum I will leave my penis and then once it is flaccid I usually start to get cum at the top of my foreskin. Your foreskin should be able to retract fully by around age 16 or so. Stretch it - NOW. Get an erection and pull down on the shaft skin so the glans (head) spreads the opening or use your fingers. Do it as often as you can. You may find it easier in the shower as the warm water helps soften the skin.
2-5 minutes may not be long enough for you to ejaculate. Keep going. You are probably seeing precum and not ejaculate.
