hi.

i am 13 years old and really need an answer.
recently i have been finding that my right testical hangs lower than the left,
i have no pains. and i am far too embarissed to tell my parents, even a teacher at school.
i really need to put my mind at ease, is this normal or do i have cancer? as i watched this show on tv about if your right testicle is bigger than the other than it can be cancerous, is this true?

It's normal for one testicle to hang lower than the other. Typically, the right hangs lower than the left. Since you're 13, this is probably a new change due to puberty. You're just developing more into a man.

I believe what that show was saying is, if one testicle is more pronounced than the other, it can be cancer. This doesn't mean that it hangs lower, but if it's a larger ball. Does that make sense? Besides, you're far too young to have testicular cancer.
