My son, is having difficult with belching, burping...having sharp pain in his back, also says he is having tinging in his hand, also his feet.

He is 48 yrs of age, and is over weight.

I took his blood pressure and it is 168 over 95...

He does not want to go to the Dr's as he does not have ins., and is afraid he will not be able to pay for medical expenses....

What do you think the problem could be?
