Most likely, your testicles are rising in preparation for ejaculation.

When the opening that the testes decend through as a baby develops fail to close completely, the testes can be retracted all the way up into the body cavity again.

This can be a bit painful.

Most likely, this is a temporary condition and as you relax, they decend again. It's important that you confirm that they decend out again. After all, the testes are in the scrotum to control their temperature. If they stay "hugged up" inside the body, the little sperms will cook...and loose their motility. That may not be important to you today, but someday, if you're trying to father a child, that will be critically important.

There isn't much you can do to keep this rising from happening, as it's natural and reversable. However, some men like to wear a leather cinch briefly, to increase the tension on the testicles. Others prefer to hold their testicles down by hand. Some prefer to wear a penis ring, which may restrict their movement. These options assume that you're confident in your sexuality and an adult.

For some, they would never consider these alternative, and just let nature take it's course.

You may be able to find more information in the book "The Joy of Sex" by Alex Comfort, but the book is explicit, with frank drawings. You might also find "The Guide To Getting it On" by Paul Johanedes. It has lots of good practical information on testicles and sexual relations.

But most men will not do anything about this condition.
As they get older, the condition doesn't happen as often.

If you are truely worried about this, see your family doctor and ask him why it happens. He will be happy to explain it to you in his office.8
