I've been suffering the last couple of months with the following. I had thrush so took a tablet and used cream. It hurt when I urinate. The thrush went away. I've had a full check at the sexual health clinic and it's all negative. Now it hurts again when I urinate. It's not cystitis. Anyone got any ideas what this could be. Thanks in advance.

I'm female aged 48. Not sexually active at present. I don't use anything down below except Sanex 0.
