Hi i am 20 years old and i have ben having sevear testicular pain sence around october of last year 2005. both of my testicals hurt the right one hurts more thain the leftIve ben on like 5 diffrent antibiodics. Ive had a ultrasound done that showed 2 cysts one on each of my epyditimus and a small spermatcite on my right testical. my testicals when handind low some times feal like they are hanging backwords. i havent doneany thing to inger them in any way. the previous urologest recomed wearing breafs but that dosent help. i am at a loss as to what to do ive allmos goten to the point of getting them removed.

Do you think that the cysts could be causing the pain? I know that spermatocele usually don’t cause any pain but if they grow to be very big, they may start to hurt especially when they are rubbed against trousers or something.
Did you doctor suggest anything? Have you been found bacterial infection at all since you have taken antibiotics? Have they found which bacteria were present?
I actually think that you may benefit from normal underwear that would support your testicles (unless the cysts hurt) then have them running loose.

ya just resently they found strep. but for a long time after the antibiodics they still hurt and no infection was found. i got strep from my male friend giving me head as far as i can tell. Normal underwer. briefs tend to make it worse. my testicals dont do well when they are close to my body. the doctor sugested a scrotal suporter but my nuts keep poping out and it is verry uncumfortable. the doctors keep insisting that the cysts are normal but i dont know. i cant feal the cysts when i cheak my self.

I have some pain also. But mine is diffrent. I get tingly sensation and then sometimes I get a slight pinch. I have taken every antibiotic out there including, levaquin, rocefen, zyvox, keflex and other ones I dont recall. I have had this for about 1 year now. All the doctors say its all in my head but I dont think so...

same problem with me ,my right testicles hurts more tho it mainly hurts when i run and the pain goes to my stomach,this started happening just few days ago ,the day before this started happening i masturbated two times in a day can this be responsible for the pain cause i usually don't masturbate twice a day!! :?

i am a 21 year old i have had pains in my testicals for nearly 6 years had ultra sound done seen urology consultant and they have put it down to enlarged prostate on medication for it for life and currently on antibiotics for it as its becoming worse.

Hi im 14 and for the last 3 years my left testicle keeps hurting. When i touch it, IT REALLY HURTS! The pain starts to move up towards my lower stomach.
It usually starts to hurt when i move or walk.
Can anyone help me or give me some advice because i don't really ant to see a doctor about this and im starting to get worried about it because it is getting more frequent and more painful.
