I am a 24 yr old female. I am married for 9 months. I have always had irregular periods. this time my periods came after more than 3 months, and continued for a month. I went to a doctor, she gave me 10mg progesteron for 10 days, but still my periods hasnt stoped. please help.

I think that after the 10 day prescription (or if that already passed), you should talk to your doctor again about that. Birth control usually helps regulate your periods, but if that doesn't work maybe you should try something stronger. Maybe you were immune to a part of the pills you were given, or maybe the prescription wasn't for a long enough time period for you to regulate. [The effects of medicine] varies from person to person. But don't panic; that never helps. Research some of the details of your problem, you might find something. But maybe your doctor can help, if you let them know.
