I have being on needle n when i stoped i dd no longer see my periods,my nipples often hurt n i have tested pregnancy several times n it all went negative,wats wrong with my body?pls help

my girlfriend gave ma a hand job and i came..some minutes later i touched it and it felt a little sticky but then we walked to an empty place and made out and i took off her top and shorts and fingered her..is there by any chance that she might get pregnant..the sperm was as small as a tear drop or smaller..and also although it could have cleaned whilst taking off her clothes..is it possible for the pre cum to get wet again and get her pregnant..ive been stressing out for 4 days now..someone please help
