I haven't had a period since November/December, worrying as it is now June. My stomach causes me great pain, severe bloating and fullness, and looks as though I'm pregnant (which I'm not).Sometimes the pain is so extreme I have difficulty walking, and I have noticed a gain in weight, which I am positive is related.

Was your period irregular before or is this the first time you've missed a cycle? I haven't had a period since December last year but I have been diagnosed with PCOS recently and it is one of the most common causes of amenorrhoea. I'm not saying that you have this but I think that it's time that you seek medical advice particularly since you are experiencing pain along with it.
If it is PCOS, you can experience one or more symptoms like:
* Irregular or absent menstrual cycles.
* Difficulty with weight gain and failure to loose weight easily.
* Irregular facial and body hair growth.
I am not sure whether pain is associated but I have talked to people who experience intensely painful menstrual cycles when suffering from endometriosis. Anyway there could be other factors involved also so good luck at the docs in finding the problem.
