If a condom that had nonoxynol-9 on it broke when penis was inside of vagina….could this cause pregnancy? I am so curious. Thank you!

Yes, there is a risk for getting pregnant if a condom broke or slipped off because the amount of spermicide increases the effectiveness of a condom but has very little effectiveness on its own. Speaking of condoms with nonoxyl 9, it is said they it is not so good to use them bc there is a risk of getting rash in vagina, mouth or ass from using nonoxynol-9. Nonoxynol-9 also washes away the natural layer that protects vagina from germs. This can cause yeast and bladder infections.
