Last few years I have strange symptom that worries me. I cannot think it is normal, although I have two friends more that have nose bleeding sometimes. It happened to us in special cases, but still I think I have some kind of disorder. Can you tell me more about nosebleeds? I want to know some possible causes of this problem.

I have the same symptoms you are complaining about, but this is happening tome for many years. That is why I asked many doctors about this and I search on the net anything I could find about nose bleeding. I realized that I had an inherited genetic disorder where easy bleeding is one of the traits. In my experience, doctors seldom are aware that nose bleeds and other bleeding problems may be symptoms of an inherited disorder. Beside this, I had a vitamin K deficiency. I found out that vitamin K is needed to clot the blood, so without enough vitamin K people tend to have nosebleeds. Off course, it happens and all sorts of other bleeding problems, such as heavy menstrual bleeding in women, easy bruising, bleeding gums, etc. Vitamin K deficiencies can occur from different causes, you should ask your doctor, to check you for this. At one time, it was thought vitamin K deficiencies were rare, but now we know it is quite common disorder. I have to say one more thing; if your friends have also nosebleeds, it does not make it normal, if it is common, that I why I would recommend you to find solution together with your doctor.
