Hey my father is taking vitamin B complex and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids so I can share with you his habits. And good source of omega-3 fatty acids is not only fish. You can find them in pumpkin seeds and walnuts as well. I must ask are you taking these supplements on your own or you were discussing with your doctor about this? is there any condition you are trying to prevent?
