Hi, folks. I think I don’t have enough omega 3 acids. My diet is poor with fish and fish oil. I would like to know what I can expect if I don’t have enough of these acids. Perhaps, someone here will know to answer me something about this. I would be grateful for all your assistance.

Oxidative stress damages cells by interacting with molecules such as proteins and nucleic acids. Omega 3 fatty acids are decreases cardiovascular risks.
