I m 23 and due to stopage of blood flow my one testicle is removed.what will be its effect on my normal life and sex life?I m a sportsperson,will it reduce my immune power?

You can have a full and normal life with only one testicle. The remaining testicle will "compensate" for the missing on. Testicles don't affect your immunity. It won't affect your sex life unless you let it - mentally. Physically it won't matter. Your fertility should not be affected either.

It should not affect your immunity. If you still have the other testicle, it should also not affect your sex life and fertility. If you only had one testicle to begin with and that's the one that was removed, then you will need to through hormone replacement therapy for the rest of your life. Having both testicles removed will affect your health in terms of production of male hormones - low sex drive may be one of the side effects, as well as effiminisation characteristics (lack of facial hair, softer skin, formation of breasts, etc.).
