out of options??

hey there,

I am a 26 year old male, and quite frankly tired of having these "episodes" maybe you all can help me out......Most mornings I wake up feeling pretty good, just the usual morning blah....as the day progresses things start to happen....first i get a tingle in my right foot, almost like a muscle spasm, but on the skin, as if i'm being tickled. Not long after I feel, well..just weird i guess.....about the time I realize what is happening i start getting what feels like i am being electricuted in my brain. They come in pulses, not a constant sensation. Usually this reduces me to a shaking, scared little puppy. As the day progresses the time between sensations gets longer, but the full effect never subdues. I start to notice my right eye always wanting to close, my shoulders shrug, my vision is basically useless, my hands go numb and tingly, and i become the most grouchy person on the planet.......this all started very very suddenly at work and resulted in ambulaces and numerous doctor visits where i was tested for everything under the sun.....apparently I am the healthiest person alive, with super hero like hearing and vision.....yay!.....as of now i am being treated for Migraine associated Vertigo, with aura (the neon blue streaks that render my vision useless..)...I was prescibed nortriptyline as a first step....though these "episodes" have slowed down a bit, I am still tired of dealing with it, and wondering if migraines are actually the cause.

aside from the prescription i take a multivitamin, magneium, some fish oil omega thing, and vitamin C everyday.........after all the tests and medication things havent changed much, so i am looking for maybe a different avenue as i am out of ideas...........any suggestions??
