I have had minor daily headaches almost daily for the last almost three years now. I started seeing a neurologist. I  also had pins and needles in both hands. He kept sending me for spinal taps, xrays, etc-but never told me to try physical therapy. He kept trying to give me meds for the headaches. I just wanted to know why I started getting them. 4 months ago, I decided to go to an orthopedic, who took another set of xrays and told me I had herniated disks in my neck, which is causing pinched nerves. OK!!! so finally I thought, "maybe this is why I am getting headaches"... I started going to a new neurologist and he recommended physical therapy. Problem is, my nerves have been pinched for so long, I don't think there is hope. Troubling thing is...recently, I started having pains under my armpits. This scares the hell out of me. my left thumb looks and feels like I have arthritis in it. I have chest pain, sharp pains in my head, which I am told is all coming from the issue In my neck. I am so stressed out every day about this. Noone can seem to find an answer. I was tested for Lymes and took multiple other tests from a rheumatologist last year and all came back neg. the lymes test had a positive but the dr. said it was a positive negative. lol. WTF. I am tired of this. I am only 37 and feel like a 95 year old lady (no insulting intended). how am I the only one that feels this bad. how is it that no one can figure it out.
