I find that when I orgasm with in a week I expecting my period I get strong cramps that I can not even stand to be in the room with anyone else once this happens. It is not in my stomach. It happens 2 minutes after I orgasm by my clit. It has to do with gas I think, it might be because I get really warm . Why does this happen? And can I prevent it ?
