pain and bleeding 2 years after having left ovary removed

Hi. I really need some help . I called the doctors and they are closed. two years ago i had my left side ovary and tube removed also something like a d and c so i wouldnt have any more periods.iam 35 year old . i have also had my gall badder remove d,not to long after. well this moring i woke up and i was bleeding ,not alot but enough to make me belive i started my period .i havent had one since the surg.well as the day went on the bleeding lighten up . and it really dark brown .and i have VERY BAD PAIN on my right side and down my right leg .Iam on ultram for back pain and it not helping for this pain . iam in alot of pain it getting worst down my leg. please any idea what going on with me . thank you Tammy
